How To Buy
Buying at RabbitRabbit is very simple.
1. Select a product category that interests you
2. Display product that interests you most. Press photo to zoom in and see the details and back of a product, its description, composition, available sizes and price.
3. Select the article, and add it to your cart. Next choose if you want to continue shopping or complete the order.
4. If you want to place an order, you can do so by registering on our website.
5. Decide whether you want to receive goods ordered by mail or courier.
6. Select a payment method: Paypal or regular transfer.
7. Confirm your order.
8. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
For each order placed by you we attach your personal receipt.
If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, enter the invoice data (name, address, tax identification number) in your user account.
Select a payment through PayPal, and at the end of the ordering process you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal’s customer, you can sign in there with their user data and confirm the payment. If you are new PayPal’s customer you can also log in as a guest or create a new PayPal account and confirm the payment.
The realization of your order will start as soon as the payment is credited with us – usually it takes only a few minutes. After the PayPal payment, you will receive an order confirmation.

Orders in our store are realized via courier service DHL and Polish Post Office.
1. The fee for ordered article is 15€
2. Free shipping is valid when order value reaches 400 zł.
3. Since posting the money on our account, preparation and delivery of parcels occupy a total of 2 to 4 days. When the package is ready for shipment, we will notify you of this in an e-mail. After leaving the warehouse package delivery takes from 2 to 4 of working days within UE.
4. Package did not reach you afer 7 working days? In this case we ask you to contact our customer service, so we can find out where the shipment is. We will notify you also what to do next. To do this, send an e-mail to: email@example.com.

Do you want to exchange something?
Would you like to exchange something? We can take the product back and reimburse your payment, or you can use the money for making another order. If you need to exchange something, you can find details under RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS at the bottom of the page. You are always welcome to ask for the same item in a different size. Remember that the return shipment is paid by the Buyer, and that we will reimburde your payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the item.
